not sure Jfox, given my recent experimentation with sore-bets.. was thinking of trying out a cranberry sorbet perhaps? I may need some taste testers of course! :)

We have some ever-ripening mangos at home - I'll swap you a sore-bet recipe with a cupcake recipe :D

Heheh... Sorbet recipe is up at FFF! Might need some individual tweaking with taste preferences etc., so long as it's not too runny (add more fruit or you'll wind up with a granita!)
I think next time we have a pitznitz (while the sun persists) I'll try and get a freezer bag and bring along some sorbet! Still need to bring out the tether tennis! :)
